Returns & Refunds

At Simply Be co., each product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our studio. This helps ensure every customer receives products that are fresh, safe, and untouched.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item(s)

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any issues caused during shipping or fulfillment.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect orders

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
