At Simply Be co., each order is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $40 (U.S. only)

  • Orders under $40 ship at a flat rate of $[X.XX]

Estimated delivery time:

  • 3–7 business days after shipment

Warm Weather Shipping

As our products are made with natural oils and butters, they may soften or melt in warmer temperatures.

If your items arrive warm:

  • Place them in a cool, dry area

  • Allow them to return to room temperature before use

We are not responsible for melting due to weather conditions during transit.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Simply Be co. is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Simply Be co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
